Hello all, I am leaving my lease as soon as I can, so I need someone to take over my lease ASAP. Starting early March- August. The apartment is a 3-bedroom and 2-bathroom at La Salle, located near the marketplace. The bus lines are G, J, P, Q, and 42A & 42B. La Salle’s amenities are a study lounge (free wifi and free printing), an on-site washer and dryer ($2.00/load), a small gym, a pool, and a hot tub. The room is a shared double in the master bedroom along with a shared bathroom. It will be unfurnished. The rent is 648$, utilities are $30, wifi is 15$, and pg&e varies from month to month. You will have to pay a security deposit of $200 and last month’s rent of $648. My initial move-out is December 1st but I am trying to move out sometime later in November (still pending). My current roommates are all three females and are looking for another female to be a part of their lease. Their names are Michelle (who you will be doubling with), Rachel, and Hannah. Rachel is a 4th year accounting major. She likes to host gatherings, eat out, clubbing at Sac, and have game nights. Michelle is a 4th-year psychology major. She likes to dress up, take pictures, and go out with friends. Hannah is a 4th-year Design major. She likes to pole dance, cooking, do art, and is a plant mom. They are all 420 and alcohol friendly.
