Sierra R's room

Large room with a good size closet and great natural light. The bathroom is shared with 1 person but there is a lot of hall storage for storing toiletries. House is 1700 sq fr and furnished although the bedroom is not. I can furnish it though for extra $50 a month. House is cute mid century cottage style, laundry on site, and there’s a garage. In a safe and quiet neighborhood that is more family oriented but is only 10 min from tech and 15 from the airport.

I own the house, am 29, and work in medical supplies. I also have 3 cats so pet friendly. My other roommate is also 29, is an author, and goes to tech. We both like wine, horror films, and weekend adventures. The last pic is the 2 of us hamming it up:)
