Alexis's room

Hello everyone, My name is Alexis and I have a room available starting February 1st. All the Utilities are included in the monthly bill. I am fairly quiet and the neighborhood is also fairly quiet. The home includes WIFI as well. The home has a pool that can be used during the hot summer months. The home is located in Central Richland. So fairly easy to get around.

Some of my hobbies/interest include: I enjoy working out. Apart from my regular job I also coach kids in sports. If I am not cooking I will usually be reading a book. I enjoy hanging out with friends whenever I get the time to do so. I like to keep my home clean. I am a 28 year old guy. I have had female, male, 40+, LGBT+, students, European, roommates before and we have all gotten along fine.
