Northeast Beech Street

This place has so much potential and I’m working closely with the landlord, property management company, and current roommates to make it the best it can be; my old roommates left this place in disarray but it is now almost completely clean and fixed up! This is why the provided pictures were taken in 2021.

The sizes of currently available rooms are 8’x9’ & 9’x11’ (each includes a fairly sizable closet). Oh, and I have a fiber optic internet plan for my YouTube that I can share with y’all!

I’d love to give anyone interested a tour in person (or virtually if you’re moving from farther away) to go over specifics and see if we’re a good fit for each other. Don’t be afraid to bombard me with questions either; I’d love to answer anything you throw at me.

What I’m looking for in roommates:

My last roommates were a pain for so many reasons, so I’ll be making sure to choose my next ones carefully… firstly, you must be respectful of all shared rooms (though I obviously won’t care if your bedroom is messy). Secondly, you must be reliable when it comes to a month to month situation and please give plenty of notice if you decide to move out. Lastly, I hope to have 2 people here by February 1st, but if your lease ends a little later, I’m still interested in seeing if you’re a good fit… that’s pretty much it honestly, just be a decent human being and we should get along just fine :)

Why I’d make a good roommate:

I’m incredibly clean & orderly, have a very flexible schedule, and have never had complaints from people I’ve lived with (except for my family when I was a kid of course). Even though I’m a YouTuber, I’m relatively quiet while filming, so noise shouldn’t be a problem; I usually keep to myself and am always respectful of others. I am just 21 years old, so might not be the age of your ideal roommate… I have always been quite mature though, so age is kind of a nonissue. I was that kid that liked talking to the adults instead of the kids my age. Lastly, as the pictures on Instagram show, I’m a goofy/fun-loving dude with a big heart… I’m also very humble 👀

Olivia is a 25 year old housekeeper that is training to be a CNA and has an awesome cat named Mowgli… and is also super cool

Caroline is a 25 year old babysitter from the Dominican Republic… that is also just the sweetest human being
