Troy's room

Couple with a young child in the house looking for a student or business professional who works/goes to school with a busy life who wants a room in a clean, cozy environment. We are a husband, wife and child , we are on a separate floor at night, shared kitchen, and cozy clean common areas. You have a bathroom that is almost exclusively for your use except when guests come. The neighborhood is safe and family oriented and the room itself is a 10 x 11 room sun filled room with three windows, ceiling fan and a fair size closet. There is central air/heat utilities and internet access all included.
