East Roosevelt Street

Hi there, my name is Rick and along with Kinky Boots, my loveable ginger cat, we would like to welcome you to our Phoenix bungalow, centrally located on Roosevelt street, super close to the airport (right off the 202) with easy access to Downtown Phoenix, Scottsdale and Tempe. We have a wonderful home, clean and fresh, with a fun mid-century vibe, high-speed Internet and a spacious backyard refuge for privacy and relaxation.

Your room, “The Remarkable Retro” is a fun and stylish hideaway with a plush queen bed and deluxe mini-fridge. Additionally, you will have access to the bathroom, living room, dining room, kitchen, washer/dryer, hot tub, grill, backyard, fire circle and garden. Street parking (right in front of the house) is easy and convenient.

The house has 3 bedrooms total and one shared bathroom. I occupy one of the rooms, my roomie Joseph occupies the second room and YOU will be our new roomie in the third room!

I am a gay male, 63, young at heart, loving, kind and tidy with a positive outlook. I enjoy musical theater, dining-out, cooking, Disneyland and thrift stores. Although I’m semi-retired, I do keep busy and work a part-time job. Joseph is a scientist, 28 years young. My cat “Kinky Boots” is affectionate and full of personality.
