Apartment has two bedrooms and two bathrooms, you’ll have your own bathroom and bedroom, and your bedroom has a door connecting to the backyard. The apartment is located in a downtown area with grocery stores, barbers and laundromat located a few streets over. Apartment comes with free parking, and no direct deposit. I am expecting you to pay rent on time with no excuses, since you do have the luxury of staying here. I would like $1700 a month for rent no less or more. Utilities will also not be included.
