An available partially furnished private room for rent in Suisun City, CA. The house is in a quiet neighborhood located near Highway 12 and very close to Travis AFB, Fairfield, & Vacaville. It’s a renovated home that has updated appliances, & ring security cams. The available bedroom shares a hallway bathroom for visiting guests/friends (otherwise would be a private bathroom for you).

Rent is $1,200.00 and shared bills would be City of Suisun City Water, PG&E, Republic Services (Trash/recycle), & Xfinity Internet.

I’m a quiet, & respectful person looking for the same. I like to surround myself with good people who bring good energy/positive vibes. I work for a biotech facility full-time, I have 2 dogs, I like movies, crafting, hiking, and trying to stay on track with a healthy lifestyle.

I value kind and clear communication. I would love to occasionally be social with my roommate but it’s not a requirement (The occasional impromptu kitchen convos or potentially chat about our days if we have downtime etc) I understand that we don’t need to be “best friends” for us to be great roommates. I’m more into one on one social settings, so if you gravitate towards larger group hangouts at home, we will most likely not be a good fit.
