It’s an older home that was renovated about 6 years ago. Has modern appliances, & ring security cams. The available bedroom shares a hallway bathroom with only one other roommate.

Rent is $1,000.00. — Please contact me for weekly or weekend rentals or if you are military, refinery workers or traveling nurses that need temporary accommodation. You are welcome here.

Cryss: I’m a quiet, & respectful person looking for the same. I like to surround myself with good people who bring good energy/positive vibes. I work for a biotech facility full-time, I’m a dog lover, I like movies, food adventures, hiking, keeping my plants alive and trying to stay on track with a healthy lifestyle.

I value kind and clear communication. I like to occasionally be social with my roommate and/or guests but it’s not a requirement (Impromptu kitchen convos if we have downtime is great but I understand that we don’t need to be best friends for us to be great roommates). I’m more into one on one social settings, so if you gravitate towards larger group hangouts at home, we will most likely not be a good fit.

Rio: is a 6 year old, American Staffordshire Terrier who likes to nap and cuddle. He’s more of a lover than anything else. 🐾 🐶 Rio is the onsite security patrol for the household & is well trained.
