I am a professional with 3 extra rooms in my house. I am looking for people to share the house with, responsible, courteous, easy-going, drama free people looking for safety and freedom. The neighborhood is excellent for walking, biking and has easy access to route 22. The house has 4 bedrooms and 2 1/2 bathrooms, 1 large kitchen with a large room next to it, 1 dining room and one large office. There is also a large fenced backyard with a shed and some fruit trees and the entrance door is locked with a code lock and has a ringbell cam. Internet, utilities, tv, and laundry use is included. The area is very quiet, there is parking on the driveway and/or on the street. The house is located in walking distance to Crawford Park, 1 1/2 mile from Wegmans, a couple minutes to route 22, and 5 minutes from the LVIA airport.
I will be living alone at the moment but looking to rent all 3 available bedrooms to other people. Wi-Fi is free for everyone living in the house, I have an office downstairs, kitchen, a room of the kitchen, a backyard with fence all around, shed, living room, dining room and basement.
