Kayla's room

Large finished room in basement with bathroom and storage space, private entry through garage, sectional couch furnished, shared laundry room in basement, shared kitchen upstairs. The only space we use downstairs is the garage and laundry room.

Family of 4 with 2 kiddos (8 and 4) and 2 cats. I work from home, so there is almost always someone home upstairs. My husband is home on and off throughout the day depending on his schedule. Kiddos are both in school during the day.
