I have been fortunate enough to be granted a sabbatical from Mid Jan. to End of Feb. Unfortunately, a sabbatical for the mortgage was not granted…. So I will be renting my bedroom while road tripping to Baja California Mexico! The house is a recently remodeled 3 bed, 2 bath in a lovely neighborhood in North Boulder with plenty of open space and a dog park nearby! (Howard Heuston Park). You would occupy the master bedroom and have a your own bathroom while (2) friendly roommates live & share the upstairs bathroom. Kitchen, Dining, and living room are all shared spaces. I do not currently have pictures of the bedroom but will upload soon! The room will be furnished to include a Super Comfy Bed, Spacious Dresser, Night Stand, Electric Standing Desk, & Super Rolly Spinny Desk Chair, Kitchen has a Bomb Espresso Maker for those Latte Lovers.

This could be a great place to land in Boulder while looking for a more permanent solution. Also flexible on the terms and potentially the dates. Just looking to cover the mortgage while away on the road trip! Let’s get creative!

Charlie: Charlie is an easy going 28yo male originally from AZ. Charlie works as a chef at a local fine dining restaurant creating delicious everything Tuesday-Saturday, meaning he is not home in the afternoon & evenings. Charlie spends his free time, hiking, biking, fly fishing, Snowboarding, and working on his motorcycle.

Gabby: Gabby is a VERY chill 35yo Female originally from Maine. Gabby works in the cannabis industry on backend logistics Monday - Fri ~7am-4pm. Gabby is an amazing roommate quiet as a mouse and you hardly notice she is here. She also makes snacks for the house on the rare occasion ;)

I met Charlie & Gabby as strangers and have lived with both of them for 1.5 years without a single issue! They are both very respectful & understanding people. We work hard to keep our living environment a friendly and inviting space, Please try and do the same!
