Hi there! I’m moving out and I need someone to take over my lease. You’ll have your own room + private bathroom in a charming 2B/2BR condo in Encinitas, CA. The condo has an Ocean view, super spacious open floor plans, fireplace, in-unit, washer and dryer (brand new), hot tub access, upstairs movie room, and close proximity to Moonlight Beach. It’s a double master so you would have your own room and bathroom.

You will share the condo with a lovely couple. They both surf and love to travel as much as they can. They’re also gone most of the day (working or surfing). They are looking for someone who is mellow, organized, and lives a similar lifestyle! Move in date is December 1.
