Haven Drive

This single family home is well situated near shops and food, as well as walking distance to a MAX stop and the movie theater, Safeway, and Starbucks. The room available is the primary suite, with ensuite bathroom and a walk in closet. The bathroom is a 3/4 bath, with a shower stall but no bathtub. There are 2 other shared bathrooms in the home, as well as an unfinished basement for storage and laundry. The kitchen is open with all appliences working well. The community spaces include a fireplace and many windows. The landlords do not allow pets, but do easily accomodate service animals. Advantage Property Management is the management, and will require an application be submitted directly to their office as they must approve whomever takes over my portion of the lease. This would be a full transfer, not just a sublet. The option to renew will be presented in February, otherwise the lease is up at the end of June.

There are 2 men currently living in the home; one is a banker and one is a student. Each of them occupy one of the regular bedrooms and share the second floor common bathroom. They are lowkey and enjoy gaming, RPGs and making music. There are a lot of instruments in the house, and one roommate plays saxaphone on occassion. The men are friendly and hope to have a cordial relationship, that could become friendship. There are no firm rules in the house, other than be mindful and pick up your things. You would be welcome to add furniture or decoration to common areas as well. The roommates also have no problem with significant others visiting or the occassional party. They are not huge party people, so it is preferred that most of the time the house is relatively calm.
