One room with private bathroom for rent in a beautiful four bedroom home for Professionals, Students - people that work outside of the house. This private room comes with a full bed and desk. It is a 10 mins from Touro University, Target, Safeway, restaurants, Kaiser Permanente, Sutter, etc.. 5min from Downtown Benicia and Vallejo, Ferry Terminal. Initially available on a month-to-month basis before venturing into longer term agreements. We have a small female cat. No smoking in the house, we are cannabis friendly outside the house. No overnight guess.

REQUIRED: Move in: 1 month rent $1,000 plus Deposit ($1,000)( Negotiable $500 deposit and the other $500 the 2nd month). Serious applicants only. Rental references, and proof of income. Background check.
