Beautiful home on a quiet neighborhood in the Rosser Reserve area of Port Saint Lucie. Near Walmart and the I-95. The Tradition shopping areas are also within about 10mins from here. This is a good sized bedroom with a good sized closet and furnished with a nightstand and a queen-sized bed that has a remote control adjustable base. This bedroom is suitable for up to two people, for two people it will cost an extra $50/month. The home has 4 bedrooms 2 baths, we have another bedroom rented so the bathroom will be shared with the people in the other bedroom.

Parking, wifi, electric, and water included in price. Roommates are also welcomed to use the kitchen (there is 1 large fridge to be shared with the tenant in the other bedroom), laundry, and common areas of the house as long as they clean up after themselves.

We do not allow smoking of any kind on the property (no vape, cigarettes, cigars, hookah, cannabis, etc). No overnight guests allowed. No pets allowed.

We are a Christian couple with a young child. We’re hard working, quiet, clean and organized people. The roommate in the other rented bedroom is a lovely, respectful, clean young woman with her very respectful and quiet son.
