Beautiful home on a quiet neighborhood in the Rosser Reserve area of Port Saint Lucie. Near Walmart and the I-95. The Tradition shopping areas are also within about 10mins from here. This is a very large bedroom with a large closet and furnished with a queen-sized bed. This bedroom is suitable for up to two people, for two people it will cost an extra $50/month. The home has 4 bedrooms 2 baths, we have 2 bedrooms for rent so the bathroom will be shared with the roommate in the other bedroom.

Parking, wifi, electric, and water included in price. Roommates are also welcomed to use the kitchen, laundry, grill, and common areas of the house as long as they clean up after themselves.

We do not allow smoking of any kind on the property (no vape, cigarettes, cigars, hookah, cannabis, etc). No overnight guests allowed. No pets allowed.

We are a Christian couple with a young child. We’re hard working, quiet, clean and organized people.
