About the room
I have a one bed and one bath available! My current roommate moved out and I cannot afford the rent by myself. I do share a room with my boyfriend, so I do not mind having guests. We have two cats and a dog, the cats normally do not come out, but the doggy is a big boy who loves to cuddle. $1260 is just an estimate with WIFI and TECO which does vary every month. The base rent is about $900. There is no furniture in the bedroom, but you can buy at IKEA for really cheap! The lease is up August 4th, so I would need someone to stay until then.
About the roomies
