WIFI is $30 monthly per resident, sewer/trash/water average $40 monthly per resident, and electricity fluctuates by season but averages $45 each in the low half of the year and $80 each in the high half of the year. The leasing company for the apartment requires a $100 application fee to join the lease paid to them. Bed and bedside table currently inside the room are available for purchase.

I am a 25F looking for a roommate to join the remaining 11 months on a 2 bedroom/2bathroom lease in Golden Hill. Apartment is located in a great area for commuting and walking to local restaurants or the Golden Hill Park. The apartment is a 15 minute walk from the Gaslamp Area and 20 minute walk from Petco Park. I work a night shift schedule, so I am looking for a roommate who also works strange hours like a doctor/nurse/fellow night shifter/student/etc. but not mandatory. I love to cook and am always happy to share.
