Hi! I need a female to take over my lease for a 4 bed, 4 bath apartment. You will get your own private bedroom with an attached bathroom which is very spacious. The bedroom comes with a bed/mattress, 2 dressers, and a desk with a lamp and chair. We have an in home washer/dryer. The living room comes fully furnished with a couch, coffee table, dining table, a flat screen Google TV, and high speed Wi-Fi. The apartment in general is very secure, we use an app to get into the doors and we have security watching over the building 24/7. The apartment includes many other amenities such as a dog park, a resort style pool, outdoor showers and bathrooms, a 24 hour gym, many study rooms, and a clubhouse. The apartment is a walking distance from Sacramento State, and there are many other surroundings near the apartment such as grocery stores, Target and many food options.

My roommates are currently 3 other girls who are very sweet & outgoing and they are very clean. We are looking for other girls to take over the lease so we can move into a much affordable place.
