Landlord: 53 year old gay single male; Very fit and keep healthy via gym, run, bike, swim, yoga, etc; High School Computer Science / Mathematics Director/Teacher for 25 yrs; Teach night classes and various weekend consulting jobs both local and distant; Stay at work late most nights and away a good number of weekends as I ski, travel for consulting, travel for fun, etc; Very kind, considerate, caring about others, good listener but yet frank/ straight forward; Definitely a social type guy but also like to have my quiet time / own space
