Private room and bathroom available in late 23 or early 24. My house is in Raleigh, outside city limits, near Garner. The house is slightly less than 1400 sq ft on nearly half an acre. The ‘neighborhood’ consists of just 5 homes on a single street so it is safe and quiet. The street does empty onto a VERY busy road so sometimes it’s just quiet-ISH.

THE HOUSE IS NOT ON OR NEAR A BUS LINE.

I do not work outside the home so I am looking for someone who does, so that I can be as loud as I want during the day without disturbing you.

I am a single WM (49), seeking a male housemate to share my home, preferably within 10 years of my age, younger or older. This is a male-only household so there may be occasional nudity.

SINGLE OCCUPANCY!!!

The entire house is 1 level, no steps, as I am in a wheelchair.

30 day notice for moving out and that goes BOTH ways (as in, I have the right to ask you, at any time, to leave within 30 days)

$830 monthly rent (all inclusive: water, cable and wifi, electricity, garbage collection, lawn care) FIRST AND LAST MONTH’S RENT DUE BEFORE MOVING IN. (first month’s rent will be prorated as necessary depending on move in date)

NO SMOKING (may consider an outside smoker) NO DRUGS NO OVERNIGHT GUESTS (at least no female overnight guests) NO PETS

Rent includes all utilities including AT&T U-verse tv and wifi.

YOU WILL NEED TO SUPPLY YOUR OWN BEDDING FOR A FULL/STANDARD SIZED BED.

Your room will have a full/standard sized bed, nightstand, dresser and tv stand with a 32 inch Roku tv (you can bring your own tv if you want). Of course you get use of the kitchen and you will have ONE (1) covered parking space (carport). The house is convenient to highways 50, 70, 40, 440, and 401. It is directly off of Timber Drive. The room is about 11 by 12. The house is 6 years old and has laminate flooring throughout, except the bathrooms which are tile. It is very important that the floors stay as clean as possible so wearing shoes indoors should be kept to a minimum. Your bedroom and particularly your bathroom are to be kept very clean.
