There are two rooms to choose from, based on the room selected will determine the monthly payment. One room is 750 ($375 move in fee) and the second room is 700 ($350 move in fee). Living space is two floors, first floor has the living room, kitchen, bathroom, and one bedroom. Second floor has 3 bedrooms and a bathroom. Living room will be already furnished, and room will come with a bed (optional). There is no deposit, however there is a non refundable move in fee.

Hi, we are 27 yr old couple looking for a roommate for our extra room. We maintain a professional work space through the week, and mostly out during the weekends. We always pick up and clean after ourselves specially when it comes to the common areas like the living room, kitchen and bathroom.
