I’m looking to sublet 1 Bedroom and one bathroom at the mint condos for 2,000 a month - 6 Months left on lease (ends may 31), Need someone that can commit to at least 4 months of this, but all 6 preferred. Room comes furnished with a Queen Bed and Premium work desk, balcony access, your own bathroom, full amenities (Pool + Gym + Sauna + Steam Room, etc.) , and a beautiful view of Brickell and the waterway from the bedroom (Manatees to watch daily!)

At the Edge of Brickell and Downtown at the Bridge. Secure Complex, Parking available in complex for monthly fee.

My roommate is a University of Miami Medical School student and very easy to live with. Looking for someone to move in as soon as possible, I pay 2500/month but need to move to NYC ASAP and need someone to take the spot.
