Union Avenue

This room is on the west side on the apartment, so the morning sun won’t be shining in your room, but the sounds of the ocean waves and the view will be a great start to your day, as you are only about 700 yards a way from the beach. This apartment is very sunny and on the first floor with a covered deck to sit outside, makes this a very peaceful and relaxing atmosphere.

We the owners live also at the property because this is a duplex. Your roommate is easy going, and keeps to himself. He is polite, clean, and helpful to the owners.
