my roommate and I are looking for someone to sublease our third room.

key details: 💰 RENT is $1300 (+$50 to $100 for utilities)

📍 GLENDALE / BURBANK area **safe neighborhood

📅 LEASE TERMS: min 3 months - max 6 months **willing to extend if everything goes well 🤌

~ 3 bd / 2.5 bath townhome

~ parking spot + safe street parking

~ we are in our mid 20s

~ both female (our roomie now is a male, we aren’t strict about this!)  ~ we sometimes have game nights w our friends but never does it get overbearing & you’ll be more than welcome to join

~ I have a cat, he’s chill

~ 15 mins from a cool hiking trail / library

~ a lot of surrounding shops (groceries, coffee, clothes etc)

~ on site W/D (takes e-payment!)

~ A/C & water are included in rent
