Ten-minute freeway drive to downtown Riverside.

Room includes private bathroom with over-sized bathtub and walk-in closet with a tall chest of drawers. At a total of 228 square feet it’s large enough to function as a small studio with a sitting area that features a 60“ TV (with Apple TV), a small bookcase, and a leather couch. A “kitchen corner” can handle snacks and light meal preparation with a personal fridge, microwave, induction hot plate, two-drawer stand, and two sets of dishes. “Bedroom” furnishings include a full-size bed with head and footboard, a new Serta Perfect Sleeper mattress with new 3“ mattress topper, comforter and sheets.

Common areas include full kitchen (please clean up after use), dining area, laundry room, living room with home theater, and patio with gas fireplace.

Rental includes all utilities, high speed WiFi, and cleaning (dust, vacuum, clean bathroom) twice a month.

Room is intended for one occupant only.

As the resident landlord I’m the only other occupant of the home. I’m a divorced, quiet man in my 60’s employed as a university professor. I use my home office to work as a television writer.
