Near the heart of downtown Newark, this spacious condo/townhouse is a part of the Society Hill community and close to NJIT, Rutgers Newark, and the Newark Light Rail for easy transit to Newark Penn Station. Quiet neighborhood. The room receives great natural light in the morning and has a large closet. Common space is very spacious with room for more funiture.

We’re a very chill and friendly house. My roommate and I are easy to talk to but also give each other space and privacy. I also have a cat named Sage who is very sweet. During the week we both either travel to work or work from home.
