About the room
Beautiful house in a sought after gated neighborhood in lake Nona. Can access second floor room and bath and a common summer kitchen outside.. We have some religious food preferences and need kitchen to be clean at all times. Can use personal gym in home. Price includes cleaning fee, internet and utilities only. Spectrum internet on second floor is not great fyi. Just want to also disclose all other rooms in house are off limits. no pets allowed and no visitors allowed.
