I am a 31 year old mother of two. My daughter is 8 and my son is 1. Looking for a laid back, clean, female roommate that can provide proof of employment. Because of my children i will not be able to tolerate partying at the house. Of course friends are allowed over but my kids bedtimes need to be respected. Another single mom would be awesome! I have one bedroom available and you would have your own bathroom. I have a 3 car garage that you could park in. Also there is a second, but unfurnished living room that could be utilized if the rented so wishes to bring things along.
