Lobat's room

A master bedroom on the second floor. Very private as it is the only room upstairs of a lovely 3-bedroom house. It has a sizable bath and a walking closet (both inside the room). The room is fully furnished with a queen size bed, a wardrobe with drawers, a round table and a chair, and a 43“ smart TV. High-speed WiFi is available. The washer/Dryer is on-site. The parking in the garage is included (the garage access will go with the upstairs tenant) . Kitchen is shared and on the 1st fl. All utilities are included. The house is in a quiet and established neighborhood in Cary. It is close to supermarkets and everything.

One room downstairs is rented to a lady professor. There is another master bedroom downstairs that we are going to rent that one too (that one is slightly less expensive as it does not have garage access. That room is available immediately).
