Hello, Me and my boyfriend Brenden are renting out our spare bedroom, which has its own private bathroom and closet. Room will not be furnished. The apartment has a balcony and larger windows. The complex has a small gym and a pool. Our apartment comes with large pantry for plenty of food. We are asking $600 a month and our lease ends may 31st 2023. It includes all utilities. We are not asking for security deposit. We also have two cats.
