Looking for a roommate townhome in the Northglenn/Thornton area. It’s a 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath house. I am renting out one of the rooms and turning the other one into a home office.

You will have a private bathroom. The whole house is already furnished, with the exception of the bedroom for rent (although I do have extra furniture if needed).

Rent is $1,000 per month and utilities will be split evenly.

About me: I am 27 and primarily work from home. I spend the majority of my free time at the gym or with friends and do like to have people over for game nights, movie nights, etc.

Open to guys or gals. No couples. No pets. Looking for at least a 12 month lease. Open to a shorter lease at a higher price.
