This is a very nice, spacious and furnished bedroom with private bath in a quiet home and family friendly neighborhood. It is near ASU Polytechnic campus, PHX-Mesa Gateway airport, San Tan Village and Intel with easy access to Loop 202 North or South. You have access to all common areas for cooking, eating and relaxing. The utilities and 5G WiFi is included. You will have access to our neighborhood parks and pool. There are nearby shopping centers, restaurants and bus lines. We are seeking professional adults or college students who are respectable, responsible and trustworthy. We live in Mesa in the Eastmark Community across two parks in a new quiet family neighborhood. We have police officers as our neighbors so the community is safe.

We are a quiet, busy and professional family. I am an engineer, my wife is a Director of a non-profit and our son attends a STEM school and is a violinist.
