I am looking for a roommate to move in to my apartment! My place is located in the museum district, just a 5-minute walk from the VMFA, 15 to carytown and bikeable all over the city. My apartment is a 2 bed 2 bath, and my roommate would have their own bathroom (inside their room) as well as a spacious closet. The room is currently furnished, but if you have your own furniture it is not a problem for me to get rid of it! My favorite part of the apartment is the balcony, but also the huge eat-in kitchen, in-unit washer and dryer, and big sunny windows that make plants super happy. I have loved living here for the last two years, and I think you will too!

Small dogs are OK, but there is an additional $40 pet fee through the property management company.

I’m 28 years old and I’m a teacher in Richmond Public Schools. During the week, I am typically going to bed early and waking up early to get to work. Outside of work, I also play music, enjoy riding my bike around town, and on weekends try to spend time seeing friends and family. I’m pretty extroverted and like having people over sometimes, but am also pretty quiet during the week. I like to keep the apartment clean!
