Ranch home with off street parking and W/D on site. Large fenced in backyard. Mostly quiet neighborhood and neighbors are friendly. Pictures are before current roommate moved in and how he currently has it set up. Private bedroom with bathroom across from the bedroom. Only will be used when guests are over which is not very often (for me). Basement storage for additional fee. Dogs and cats on the property.
