Morris Avenue

I have a spare bedroom that will be available in my 3 bedroom apartment. There is a $100 MOVE-IN FEE with your 1st month rent. There is someone currently renting the room who will be leaving. It will be available for viewing by the 3rd of February. It will be unfurnished, though in the pictures you’ll see a small dresser drawer available for use. The room is big enough to comfortably fit up to a full-size bed while still having a good amount of space to work with. The rent includes access to the internet and WiFi, full access to the kitchen, as well as washing machine (no dryer in house but a laundromat right across the street). You’re also allowed to decorate/paint the room to your liking, but currently the room is painted blue. I don’t mind company but at most once a week. 420 friendly in the room but please no cigarettes. I have a lot of carpet in the apartment so I ask that shoes are taken off at the door. Please be courteous and clean what you use. If you cook or use dishes clean up after yourself.

Also just to make you aware I will be renting out my 3rd bedroom as well which will be available for viewing on the same day, so please expect there to be another roommate.

About myself: I’m a 31y/o male. I do my best to keep the apartment in order. I got along great with my prior roommates. I’m really chilled and laid back. I’m a real nerd. I love video games, computers, and anime. I’m a very understanding person but please don’t take me for a pushover. I’m a pretty good cook. I don’t cook every day but when I do I usually cook more than I can eat on my own so you’re welcome to what ever I make if you’d like. I usually stay to myself but I’m fine with socializing. I don’t mind hanging out and chatting and am very respectful of your personal space.
