12th Avenue Northeast

I, a 20 year old female, am currently living with two student females aged 19 and 23. Both work at the YMCA while I work at a local restaurant. We are pet friendly, currently our only pets are my dog, who is a 65 pound black lab and our 50 gallon fish tank. Both will be leaving as I do. The room has a walk in closet and is the only bedroom that has a window into the backyard. In our back yard we have a fire pit and occasionally have bonfires with friends or personal use. The back yard is completely fenced in. There’s AC, and heating. Washer and dryer. Two greenhouse windows located inside the house. It’s a super cute beige/pink house with a long gravel driveway. Only one room mate drives so parking is available!! We are a smoke free environment on the inside but if you smoke it’s not a problem as long as it’s outdoors! We are located by nearly everything. Northgate mall is down the road, literally a Safeway up the street, pot shop one block up, and local dog parks and Hamlin park which is full of nature and exploring. We are all very tidy people which I don’t see to bea problem even keeping up with any house work which is mainly sweeping. The bathroom has PHENOMENAL lighting, and the shower has a window to the outside which I have always fancied. You’ll have the second largest room. All hardwood floor. We have a shed in the back yard and a shed on the side of the house for storage as you please. Would prefer someone who is quiet, can pick up after themselves, and respects other people’s belongings and personal space which really isn’t too much to ask upon any human. My girls (roomies) are so kind and caring, I know they’d gladly accept anybody into their home. I’m sad leaving them but my boyfriend got a job offer in Las Vegas and I must follow him for this amazing opportunity! Please, if you have ANY questions I am so happy to answer for you.
