Hi, I have a single room for rent in Sugarhouse. You will be taking over the lease from me. Lease goes till July. I’m looking for someone to move in around December 15th. (Rent would be prorated and could possibly move in sooner) Three other roommates. All very chill and professional workers. One is a medical student, a college student, and the other is a teacher. We are very quiet. This is not a party or drug house. There would be a 300$ deposit and a background check done. Laundry is on site. No pets.
Rent normally ends up being around 400$ with utilities and wifi added.
About the roomies
Hard working, quiet roommates. Super nice and clean. These are the best roommates I’ve lived with, only reason I’m leaving is to be closer to my job
