As of now there are no other tenants. There are 3 bedrooms. I may be living there as well. I own the property as well as the the restaurant next door. I am 62 and recently separated from my wife. I am looking for 1 or 2 roommates to offset expenses. Possibly hire some help for the restaurant too.
