Main Line Boulevard

The Home: Our house is a big and beautiful townhome located in Del Rey, Alexandria!  Our common kitchen and living room have high ceilings and a modern style. We are within walking distance of several grocery stores, many coffee shops, Target, and are a 20-minute walk to the Braddock Metro. There are lots of close-by trails for running or walking and it is a five-minute drive to the Alexandria waterfront.

The Space: We are seeking one Christian female. The room is on the second floor overlooking the back patio space with great natural light. It does not come with it’s own bathroom but is shared with another housemate. The size is on the smaller side at 360 sq ft. Due to small closet space, it comes with an external wardrobe that is light weight for moving convenience. I am able to fit a dresser, desk and chair, and a twin sized bed but other housemates have been able to fit full beds if desired.

The Community: We are a welcoming, Christ-centered home with professionals in their 20’s and 30’s who go to a variety of churches in the area. Preference to vaccinated folks.
