1. It’s a 2 bedroom, 1 bathrooms townhouse; all bedrooms are upstairs
2. The bedrooms are MEDIUM/SMALL size (12 x 12 ft. & 8.5 X 8.5ft) with SHARED bathroom with another female
3. Small kitchen & eating area

5. Living room is on the first floor, but I’m a photographer, so I use the living room for a photo studio.
