Quiet cul de sac property in a mature neighborhood with a beautiful backyard patio and firepit. Full use of the kitchen with double ovens, gas range, dishwasher, refrigerator, and fully supplied with dishes, silverware, pots & pans.
The private bedroom overlooks the beautiful front yard and has 1 large closet. Room will be furnished with double bed and nightstands upon move in. Bathroom shared with other roommate.

Owner has 2 friendly dogs that will remain downstairs.
About the roomies
Owner and dogs will live in the downstairs bedroom. Owner is 47-year old divorced male who works as a high school teacher and coach. He is rarely around especially during the Spring when his season is in schedule.
The other roomies are a mid 20’s single female who works nights and a mid 20’s male who holds 2 jobs that keep him busy.
