Makayla's room

I have a two bedroom two bath apartment I have an extra room and bathroom available for rent and it includes all bills. I’m not picky about a roommate just someone who is respectful and will clean up after themselves I do require half of the rent upfront before move-in due to previous issues I’ve had in the past with rooming with people

No one else lives on property except for me I don’t have any pets or kids I’m very private and keep to myself but I have no problem With being friends with my roommates either I don’t mind couples or siblings. I currently go to school as a full-time student and have a full-time job so I won’t be home very often
