Water and Electric utilities are not included in the rent and are divided equally among all tenants in the household.

Shared modern kitchen. Parking spot included or street parking available.

Household Dynamics:

Two other bedrooms occupied by laid-back, respectful, and friendly individuals. We mostly keep to ourselves but appreciate a tidy environment.

No smoking indoors. Generally, no pets allowed, but exceptions can be made on a case-by-case basis for certain pets.
