1 bed/1 bath in a 3/3 apartment. It’s 10 min away from UF. The water is free of no charge. The internet is free and super fast; I game a lot and haven’t had any issues. Free parking outside within the gated complex. Pet friendly! The complex has a huge swimming pool with a hot tub, a gym, and game area where they have table tennis and basketball. The apartment is very close to stores. Furniture is included such as a full-size bed, desk, chair, and dresser. The closet is spacious and has a full-wall mirror. The apartment complex is friendly and fast to respond to any issues such as a blown lightbulb. Everything is up to date within the apartment.

2 friendly female students. One of them attends UF and is very quiet. The other girl works a lot and attends school so she is not home during most of the day. I don’t interact with them much because everyone is doing their own thing. I’ve never had issues with my roommates
