Private room and bathroom in an older 3br/2ba trailer home in a quiet area on a private road. Rent is $500 and utilities (water/waste) not included. Expected utilities to cost $150 or less per month/person. No internet/Wi-fi currently. Located just outside the city limits of Georgetown on 195. Fenced backyard with a small fire pit. Close to downtown Georgetown and IH 35/Toll 130. Room has 3 big windows and a smallish closet. You’ll have your own fridge and plenty of room in kitchen and pantry for food, etc. In-home access to old washer/dryer if desired. The house runs on well water. (no water softener installed at this time.) The windows will have blinds. Ask for more details if interested so far and we can meet up to chat :)

I am a divorced mother of two teenagers. They don’t live with me but they come over for dinners, etc. I rent the home and I’ve got a dog and 2 kittens. Any other pets need approval from me and the home owner. She’s pretty cool, just doesn’t like pit bulls thanks to some previous renters. It’s a clean and quiet home, no drug or alcohol use of any kind. Period. I stay somewhat busy. I’m not a clean freak of any sort, this is an older model trailer home - it has character and old carpet lol. No covered parking for cars. Owner lives offsite nearby. I’ve lived here for about 4 months now and no issues. Lease agreement to be provided and signed prior to move-in.
