The property is a 3 bedroom house with a refinished basement. We have a washer/dryer, two spare rooms, an empty basement for storage, multiple car driveway, and a double lot backyard.

We’re losing a roommate next year so we’re putting this feeler out there. I’m a chemist for Molson Coors in Golden, and pursue an art career on the side for now. My roommate is a eye tech for Colorado retina. We both have stable careers and stay pretty busy with work, but we do enjoy having a good time. We currently have one cat, but we’re open to pets. We’re very clean and respectful of everyone in the household. We eat meals, watch movies, and go out together as a family. We’re looking for another female roommate to add to the family!
