Looking for a good roommate fit to possibly share my studio apartment with in Williamsburg area (near JMZ and 10 min walk to L) in order for us both to save on living expenses. Studio also has access to a nice furnished private rooftop. To be clear this is for a share studio space arrangement so there are no separate private bedrooms but there is plenty of space for 2 beds etc and I think also for another person(s). I want to live as cheaply as possible is my primary motivation so I can be out playing with my dogs more and am hoping to find and connect with a like-minded roommate (s)

I am a creative mature respectful non judgemental mature male artist/finish carpenter with 2 well behaved very chill young dogs. Originally from the west coast, very laid back, drama free, live active/healthy lifestyle, enjoy going to the gym, daily walks to park with dogs etc, and pursuing creative endeavors always. I am very open minded, lgbtq/420 friendly. Hoping to find someone equally fun, thrifty, and ideally also creative/artsy who adores dogs and is easy to get along with. Rent would be $750 each when split (all included - AC/heat, wifi, utilities) *negotiable since I have the 2 dogs
