Barbara's room

I am looking for someone responsible, kind, and does not work from home full-time. I do work from home, but my office is on the other side of the house. I enjoy a good chat here and there but I value my alone time to recharge. The room comes furnished with a bathroom and good size closet. My home is right off the freeway so you can be anywhere in Phoenix in a jiffy. Looking forward to hearing from you!

•3 month lease then it switches month to month •I have ample street parking in front of my home •nice pool, patio, and firepit area in backyard •professional cleaner comes every 2 weeks to clean house, including rented bedroom • please use tv headphones anytime past 9PM (I can provide a roku TV set-up that includes headphones if you have a tv) • no guest sleepovers & please ask in advance to invite any guests • I will consider well-trained, hypoallergenic adult dogs under 20 lbs for an additional monthly fee (I must see dog prior to agreement)

Just me in the home. My family will visit occasionally. I enjoy going to the movies, playing pickle ball, and visiting my adult children.
