Julie's room

I have a 3 bedroom home with the extra room turning into an office. I am partially disabled and get around in my wheelchair. I’ve been in my home now for 6 years. It’s a nice well kept home that I only share with my super friendly chihuahua “piggy”. I’m looking for a female student or employed female that’s interested in renting this room. The room is fully furnished with a queen sized bed, dresser and recliner. The room has a mixed sized closet as well. All hardwood floors. You will have access to parking in the garage and use of a new washer and dryer ( you will have to purchase you own laundry detergent etc) I have a normal sized refrigerator 2 microwave ovens, gas stove and toaster oven. You are responsible for your own food and toiletries. I live in a very nice HOA community. I work from home 24/7 and require relatively quiet days and weekends. I have little no visitors. I have no problem with short visits from a friend or family member, but no overnight guests please. I have a very cute backyard patio to sit in for spring and summer days and evenings. I have no other roommates. I have a great air conditioner but the heater broken. I have a portable heater for the spare room. Thankfully the weather in CA is not too severe. The bathroom has a full tub and shower and had barely been used. The living room for the time being is my office space and I’m in the living room all day and weekends. I’m an easy going person but no drugs or smoking (tobacco vape is ok) or alcohol. No parties or loud music. If you’re interested let me know 😊
